Welcome to the VerifTicket Affiliate Program! As our affiliate partner, you’re agreeing to work with us under these terms and conditions. We’ve written this agreement to be as clear as possible, so please take the time to read through everything before joining our program.
We may update these terms from time to time, and any changes will take effect immediately when we post them. If you’re not comfortable with any updates, you can always end your affiliate partnership with us. By continuing to participate in our program, you’re showing that you accept any changes we make.
To join our affiliate program, you’ll need to provide your full legal name, a valid email address, and any other details we request during sign-up.

We review every affiliate application and reserve the right to approve or decline applications at our discretion. Unfortunately, we can’t provide legal recourse if your application is rejected.
We may need to suspend or close your affiliate account if we determine your website isn’t suitable for our program. This includes sites that:
Once you’re accepted as an affiliate, please follow these important rules:
Brand Representation: Always represent our brand accurately. Don’t provide false, misleading, or incorrect information about our products, services, or pricing.
No Spam: We have a strict no-spam policy across all channels.
Paid Advertising Restrictions: You cannot bid on our brand name or target our audience through paid campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, social media, etc.) unless you receive explicit written permission from our Affiliate Manager. This includes close variations and misspellings of our brand name.
Direct Sales Only: Customers must purchase directly from verifticket.com. You cannot resell our products through your own checkout process.
Honest Promotions: Only promote genuine, current discount codes and offers. Don’t advertise expired or non-existent deals.
Website Design: Your website shouldn’t look like ours or mislead customers into thinking you’re officially part of verifticket.com or our affiliated businesses.
If we discover violations of these guidelines, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your affiliate account immediately, without prior warning.
When your partnership with us ends (for any reason), you must immediately remove all our affiliate links, images, and promotional materials from your website.
We own all the intellectual property rights to our website materials and affiliate program resources, or we have proper licensing to use them. This includes our trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos.
Unless we specifically state otherwise, you cannot copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, reverse-engineer, or distribute any part of our website or materials.
We (verifticket.com and our team members) limit our liability for any losses or damages that might result from your participation in our affiliate program. This includes direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages, as well as loss of income, profits, data, or business interruption.
However, we don’t limit our liability for cases involving death, personal injury caused by our negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or other situations where liability cannot legally be excluded.
We don’t provide express or implied warranties about our affiliate program or services. While we work to keep everything running smoothly, we can’t guarantee error-free operation and won’t be liable for interruptions or technical issues.
You agree to protect and compensate verifticket.com.com and our associated companies, officers, directors, employees, and partners from any legal issues, damages, fines, claims, costs, or expenses that arise from your negligence, misrepresentation, failure to disclose important information, or intentional misconduct while participating in our program.
You and verifticket.com are independent business partners. This agreement doesn’t create any employment, partnership, joint venture, agency, or franchise relationship between us.
You don’t have authority to make offers or commitments on our behalf, and you shouldn’t make any statements that contradict this agreement.
This document represents our complete agreement regarding the affiliate program and replaces any previous discussions, agreements, or understandings we may have had.
We both acknowledge that we’re entering this agreement based solely on what’s written here, not on any other promises or representations that might have been made during our initial discussions (unless those were made fraudulently).
Severability: If any part of this agreement is found to be unenforceable, the rest of the agreement will still remain valid and in effect.
Waiver: If we don’t immediately enforce any part of this agreement, that doesn’t mean we’re giving up our rights to enforce it later. Only written waivers signed by our authorized representatives will be legally binding.
Governing Law: This agreement is governed by Maltese law, and any legal disputes will be handled exclusively in Maltese courts. By joining our program, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of these courts for any legal matters related to this agreement.
